Stefano Caroti named omni-channel president of Deckers

Industry veteran Stefano Caroti has been named the new omni-channel president of American footwear company Deckers Brands.


Caroti was most recently the chief commercial officer at Puma, and has worked for Nike for 23 years. He starts at Deckers Brands on November 2 and will be in charge of omni-channel operations for all its brands. Caroti will report to Deckers Brands president Dave Powers.

"We are delighted to welcome Stefano to the Deckers family," said Powers. "He has a strong track record of successfully running multichannel businesses for global brands. I am confident that he is the right person to lead our Omni-Channel division and help take our customer-centric business model to the next level."
