“Exciting year for us at Snitch being an online-only brand where 80% of our revenue is from our app/website and growing consistently we thought it was the right time for us to go offline and capitalise on what we have built over the last 30 months and get closer to our customers,” wrote Snitch’s founder Siddharth Dungarwal in a post on Linkedin.

The store launch will fall on the third-year business-to-customer anniversary of the brand, India Retailing reported. Snitch first launched in 2018 as a business-to-business retailer before pivoting to direct-to-customer trade.

The new exclusive brand outlet is designed to offer a seamless online to offline customer experience and will retail its full selection of casual wear. Snitch specialises in youthful sporty and casual wear and also has a small selection of womenswear as well as gender neutral designs.

Following the opening of its Bengaluru store, Snitch plans to open other outlets in South India including in Chennai and Hyderabad. The brand aims to open between six and eight stores this financial year.
