Snapdeal partners with Unlimited to expand fashion portfolio

Snapdeal, India’s leading value-focused online marketplace, has strengthened its fashion portfolio by partnering Unlimited-Arvind Fashion.

With this partnership, Snapdeal will add more than 14,000 products from Unlimited-Arvind Fashion’s extensive range of national and international brands.
 
Some of the brands that will be sold on Snapdeal include kid's brands such as Cherokee, Donuts, Karigaari and Colt; women-focused brands like Elle Studio, Karigaari, Anahi and men’s fashion brands -- Ruggers, Excalibur, and Newport.

Commenting on the partnership, a Snapdeal spokesperson in a statement said: “Snapdeal’s focus is on offering high-quality products at great prices. Unlimited Fashion’s vast selection of fashion products is a great fit with what our customers browse and buy on our marketplace.”
 
Unlimited-Arvind Group’s spokesperson added: “Our partnership with Snapdeal allows us to leverage Snapdeal’s deep reach in Tier II & Tier III cities where we have not yet launched our stores.”
 
The product range covers jeans, trousers, jeggings, skirts, shorts, shirts, kurtis, tops, churidars, dupattas, and more. The products have been priced between Rs 149 ($2) to Rs 1,499.
 
Snapdeal is one of India’s leading e-commerce players and has more than 500,000 registered sellers, who have more than 200 million listings on the marketplace.

Arvind Fashion is part of the Lalbhai Group and runs three clothing and accessories retail chains, the Arvind Store, Unlimited and Megamart, which stocks company brands.
