Def Leppard has partnered with luxury art sneaker brand Six Hundred Four to release a limited-edition four-style footwear capsule inspired by artwork featured on three iconic Def Leppard albums.

Def Leppard collection - Six Hundred Four

Six Hundred Four announced the capsule on its website saying, "We've collaborated with Def Leppard to create a premium collection of limited edition sneakers."

The unisex capsule draws design inspiration from Def Leppard albums "Pyromania," "On Through the Night" and "Hysteria." The fourth shoe uses the Def Leppard logo as an all over print. The base shoe style is an 80s throwback hightop with velcro closure, a style paying tribute to the era when the band was at he height of its popularity.

Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen first collaborated with Six Hundred Four last year on a limited 30-pair collection inspired by the work of artist Jackson Pollock. In a statement, he said his positive experience working with Six Hundred Four led to a greater desire to collaborate artistically with them, along with the rest band.

Only 604 pairs of each style of the Def Leppard sneakers will be made. They are now available for preorder on Six Hundred Four's website with a ship date of October 15.

The shoes will be on display at fan meet and greets during the band's world tour and the musicians will also wear them while performing.

Prices range from $270 a pair to $1,000 box sets of all four styles. Two signed and numbered box sets of all four styles are already sold out through presale, retailing for $2,300 each.
