Shree Balaji Group ties up with fashion brands for new mall Agora City Centre in Vadodara

Shree Balaji Group has completed a 26 lakh square foot development project named ‘Agora City Centre’ in Karelibaug, Vadodara and is in advanced talks with numerous fashion brands for its retail segment.

The  six lakh square foot retail space within the Agora City Centre development will feature a wide array of fashion, lifestyle, and cosmetics brands among others, Shree Balaji Group announced in a press release. The business has already tied up with retailers including Westside, Shoppers Stop, and Lifestyle which will all open stores inside the mall segment of the development. 

Shree Balaji Group is also in advanced talks with fashion brands including Levi’s, Veromoda, Metro Shoes, Arvind Brands, Crocs, Mochi, Jack & Jones, Only, And, Rare Rabbit, Best Seller Brands, and Pepe among others to lease space within the mall. The development, which has been given a six star rating by ratings agency Crisil, will also feature a cinema, food court, and other forms of entertainment for families.

The project is endorsed by US architect Andre Kikoski and its structure was designed by New York based business CBM Engineering. The project is one of the largest scale mixed use land developments in the state of Gujarat to date, according to Shree Balaji Group, and was designed around the concept of a city within a city. 

To date, Shree Balaji Group has completed 85 lakh square feet of real estate construction. The business is in the process of developing a further 85 lakh square feet across numerous projects in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, and Mehsana.
