ShoppRe celebrates bringing Indian fashion to the world

ShoppRe held an official launch event in Dubai for its latest advertising campaign featuring the actress Priya Mani Raj and her husband, businessman Mustafa Raj. The shipping service brings Indian products to the rest of the world.

Saira Hassan and Nikkitha Shanker founded ShoppRe in October 2016 and, two years later, held an official launch party for their global shipping service’s first major advertising campaign. The launch took place on November 26 at the Flora Inn Hotel in Dubai. ShoppRe’s ambassadors and campaign stars, actress Priya Mani Raj and her husband, businessman Mustafa Raj also attended.

V.A. Hassan, the business’ main investor and owner of the Flora Hotels Group and SBK Real Estate, spoke at the event. “I have been in Dubai for 40 years. I have seen the considerable demand for Indian products, especially fashion and food,” said Hassan, according to a press release. Hassan celebrated that these Indian products are now readily available worldwide with ShoppRe’s shipping service.

Customers who use the ShoppRe service are given a free locker and virtual shipping address in India to which they can order shipments. Packages are then collected in the locker until the customer has ordered everything they want and then the packages are grouped together and shipped on to the customer’s home address. ShoppRe counts DHL and DTDC among its shipping partners.

Aiming to bring Indian products to those living in other countries, ShoppRe incorporates Hassan and Shanker’s knowledge of customs regulations that allows them to ship certain Ayurvedic products in high demand abroad as well as Indian fashion.

The business ships to around 200 countries and territories and covers the country’s main e-commerce sites including Flipkart, Amazon India, Myntra, Jabong, and Voonik. ShoppRe has also launched a Google Play App for its services.
