Mumbai-based women’s fashion and lifestyle exhibition Crescent Moon has gone online and launched a multi-brand e-commerce platform to cater to Indian and international shoppers.

The e-commerce store retails a similar product selection to that found at Crescent Moon’s business-to-customer shopping fairs including clothing, jewellery, accessories, homeware, home textiles, and gift items among other goods. Featured brands include Pretty Pleasures, Fleur Fusion, Panache, and Jasmine Shah, among others.

Although many shopping fairs are starting up again and are permitted by current Covid-19 regulations, the situation remains uncertain. Crescent Moon’s online presence enables it to continue business despite this and even reach new customer demographics beyond the reach of its Mumbai fairs.

The e-commerce store stocks all made-in-India products as part of its ‘Atma Nirbhar’ philosophy.

“We look to our customers to support our home grown suppliers and in effect contribute to rebuilding of our nation’s economy,” Crescent Moon announced on its website.

Seema Jain founded Crescent Moon in 2007 as a shopping event focused on women’s fashion and lifestyle. The exhibition, and now e-commerce store, focuses on women-run businesses and aims to give them a platform to showcase their products and reach new customers to grow their businesses.
