Shoppers Stop opens 18th Delhi NCR store in Faridabad

Shoppers Stop has opened its 18th store in the Delhi National Capital Region in Faridabad. The multi-brand fashion and beauty retailer’s new store measures 24,753 square feet and is located in Faridabad’s Sector 12.

The new Shoppers Stop store is designed to satisfy growing demand for branded apparel and cosmetics featuring over 500 Indian and international fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, Shoppers Stop announced in a press release on December 16. The new store includes a ‘Personal Shoppers Lounge’, where visitors can receive personal assistance from a dedicated team of personal shoppers, and refreshments are also available to customers. 

“We are confident that the new Shoppers Stop store in Faridabad will strengthen our retail offering for the fashion-forward citizens of the city, specially capturing the audience that reside in the premium Sector 14, 15, 16 catchment,” said Shoppers Stop Limited’s customer care associate, managing director, and CEO Venu Nair in a press release. 

Brands available in the new store include Jack and Jones, Levis, Celio, Rare Rabbit, And, Sugar, Chambor, My Glamm, Lakme, Colorbar, Burberry, and Armani among others. Menswear, womenswear, and children’s wear features alongside cosmetics, fragrances, and accessories. 

“Following a hyperlocal customer outreach strategy, we have personalised the product offerings at the store basis the customer preferences in different parts of the city,” said Nair. “We have made significant progress over the years in bringing convenience to our customers by providing a tailored and service-backed shopping experience. By increasing our brand's presence and market share in the region, we hope to further reinforce the high customer loyalty and brand recall we have in markets across the country.”
