Shopclues appoints Shrey Srivastava as chief human resource officer

E-commerce platform Shopclues has appointed Shrey Srivastava as the new chief human resource officer. Additionally, Srivastava has also been given charge of division head of general administration and finance.

In his new role, Srivastava will head the human resource vertical and maintain the company’s work culture, manage staff, assets as well as the compensation structure.

Commenting on his new role, Shrey Srivastava in a statement said, “We aim to create a workplace culture that is collaborative, empowering, competitive and instils a sense of empathy and kindness among our teams. Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion lie at the heart of all our HR processes.”

Srivastava has over a decade-long corporate experience in human resource functions. Prior to joining Shopclues, he worked with two companies including MTC and Parth Infosystems.
