Jewellery brand Lune has opened its first ever brick-and-mortar store “Shop Lune” in Mumbai’s Bandra West district.

Lune held a soft opening for the store on November 4 and announced on Facebook that an official launch party will be scheduled soon.

“We’ve officially opened doors to our permanent Shop Lune space at Chimbai village, Bandra today,” wrote the brand on Facebook last week. “Do walk in and indulge in some jewellery love with us.”

The store stocks Lune’s celestial inspired jewellery designs in silver, solid gold, and reclaimed brass with gold plating. The space is designed as a concept store and natural elements such as wood, slate, and quartz crystal are used to display the brand’s jewellery.

The furniture in the store is also for sale and notable pieces include a “phases of the moon” room divider designed by Lune’s founder Sreesha Shetty. The store features while walls and a grey stone floor and several abstract paintings adorn the space.

“As part our ongoing collaboration with artist Rohan Shetty, we are hosting him to come up with a series of new oil paintings and [the space] will work as a gallery too,” Shetty told Vogue India about the brand’s plans for the store. Sreesha Shetty launched Lune in 2012 in Mumbai as an online brand.
