Shades of India holds garden shopping fairs in Mumbai and Delhi
Fashion and lifestyle business Shades of India held garden shopping fairs at its stores in Mumbai and Delhi and has planned upcoming shopping events.
Shades of India’s Annual Garden Sale took place in Delhi this year, as is the business’ tradition, and also took place in Mumbai for the first time. The events featured a range of products including Ayurvedic wellness goods from Vedic Tattva, textile table runners, ethnic wear, jewellery, winter wear, accessories, home ware, and knitwear in the bridge-to-luxury segment of the market.
This year, shoppers attended the event wearing face masks and were required to book a slot to attend to ensure that there were not too many shoppers present at any one time. Due to a high registration turnout, the event was extended until December 24 to enable all shoppers to attend whilst maintaining social distancing regulations.
The events also ran WhatsApp shopping services for shoppers who preferred to browse the product selection from home. Due to the success of the event, there will be further events coming soon, the business announced on Facebook.
Shades of India recently released its winter festive womenswear collection, which was also available at the shopping events. The collection features kurtas in dark and jewel toned hues embellished with golden Gota work.
The business launched over two decades ago with a focus on heritage textiles, clothing, and soft furnishings. With flagship stores in Delhi and Mumbai, Shades of India also retails from its dedicated e-commerce store.
