Shaadi by Marriott visits Kolkata this November

The Shaadi by Marriot fashion and lifestyle event will take place at the JW Marriott in Kolkata on November 24 and will feature House of Masaba by Masaba Gupta.

House of Masaba as just announced on its social media that it will be a main part of the Shaadi by Marriott showcase that will take place in Kolkata towards the end of the month. Gupta will showcase her “Masaba” line, a House of Masaba diffusion line that caters to women of all ages and is described by Gupta herself as “simple and commercially viable yet high cut and fashion.”

The JW Marriot has also teased the upcoming event and wrote on social media that it will be “An eclectic blend of fine couture, exemplary artistry and culinary [expertise]”.

The Shaadi by Marriot event previously took place at the New Delhi Marriott Hotel in Aerocity July 2017 and featured a showcase by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. Although specific details have not yet been published concerning the theme of the upcoming event, the last one’s bridal focus gives some clues.

Entry is by invite only and other participating designers and artists will be announced in the run up to the event.
