Senco Gold launches new men’s collection with Sourav Ganguly

Senco Gold & Diamonds has launched its new range of men’s jewellery with a campaign featuring former Indian cricketer Sourav Ganguly.

The Kolkata-based jeweller has been associated with Sourav Ganguly since 2015 and is hoping the popularity of the former Indian cricket team captain in the eastern region of India will help boost sales of its new men's collection.
 
The collection comprises of rings, bracelets, cuff-links, ear-studs, chains, and pendants in diamond, gold, and silver. It has been priced from Rs 2,000 ($30) upwards.

Commenting on the launch, Suvankar Sen, executive director at Senco Gold & Diamonds in a statement said: “Sourav Ganguly is our brand ambassador since 2015. He embodies the spirit of Aham, which celebrates the man who has that sharp edge over others, who dazzles the world with his success. This is the spirit of Aham, which means 'self' or 'ego' and Sourav Ganguly represents every self-made man who is comfortable being himself and letting his 'aham' shine.”
 
Sharing his views on the collection, Ganguly added: “I am very much excited with the new range of jewellery collection, Aham. All the collections are uniquely designed by karigars. The new collection embodies the spirit of self-confidence along with the desire to succeed.”
 
Senco Gold and Diamonds is one of India’s top jewellery retailers and has 91 stores across the country.
