S&N by Shantnu Nikhil opens new flagship store in Mumbai

S&N by Shantnu Nikhil (formerly known as Shantanu and Nikhil) has opened a new brick-and-mortar store inside Mumbai’s Phoenix Palladium Mall. The store is the brand’s eleventh retail outlet to date. 

The new store features a modern minimalistic design with the aim of putting the brand’s fusion garments for men and women front and centre, the brand announced in a press release. With a focus on millennial and Gen Z shoppers, S&N by Shantnu Nikhil is a bridge-to-luxury, ready-to-wear expression of the brand’s couture offering.  

“In the span of two years, this is our 11th door which is to be opened,” said design duo Shantnu and Nikhil in a press release. “The store is like a contemporary living embodiment of the S&N design virtue and the man and woman itself, celebrating modernity with its style and silhouettes. The store provides an immersive experience which gives an insight into our brand ethos and the philosophy we advocate for. This state of the art space is curated keeping in mind the experience our Mumbai Brigade will receive at our arena.”

In 2019, Shantnu and Nikhil entered into a joint venture with textiles and apparel giant Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Limited. Since the partnership, the brand has accelerated its expansion both online and offline.
