Rittick Roy Burman to lead Khadim’s India operations
India’s leading footwear brand Khadim India Ltd has appointed Rittick Roy Burman to manage the regular affairs and overall operations of the company effective from March 24, 2023.
The change in leadership comes following the resignation of former CEO, Namrata Ashok Chotrani.
Burman is a member of the promoter group and will be reporting to Siddhartha Roy Burman, chairman managing director of the company.
Commenting on the appointment, Siddhartha Roy Burman, chairman managing director of Khadim India Ltd in a statement said, “Rittick has been associated in a leadership role of the organisation from 2019 as a whole-time director. We firmly believe that he is the right choice to create sustainable business and value for all stakeholders. We are sure that Khadim will reach newer heights in the years to come under his dynamic leadership.”
Commenting on his new role, Rittick Roy Burman added, “I thank the Board Members to show their confidence and faith in me. With the support of the dynamic team, I am confident to live up to the expectations of the leadership team, and all our stakeholders while leading the organisation to newer scale.”
Rittick Roy Burman joined the company after completing his graduation and gained knowledge of manufacturing, processes, retail and merchandising, product development during his stint with the company.
