Garg will bring his brand of Indian traditional wear to New York City on April 26 and 27 in a showcase event organised with Ritu Malhotra. The designer will then travel from the US capital to New Jersey for an event on April 28 followed by one in Houston on May 2 and in Dallas on May 4.

Raw Mango will take its latest collection to the US for shoppers there to access for the first time. The collection 'Radha' features flora and fauna motifs hand-painted on bright green, red, orange, and pink textiles. Chanderi sarees, blouses, and rainbow stripes showcase the brand’s rustic Indian heritage aesthetic. As the brand continues to expand after a decade in the industry, this showcase will engage a new US audience.

Raw Mango recently opened a new flagship store in Delhi’s Lodhi Colony Market on March 30. The store was the first time Raw Mango designed the entire building including the architecture and interiors. “This store marks a milestone for us, wherein the architecture and interiors were developed solely in-house,” wrote the brand on its social media. “The architecture and interiors have been designed and executed by Raw Mango’s team, lead by Sanjay Garg and Adityan Melekalam, along with Loulou van Damme and Architect Karan Duggal.”
