Ranveer Singh to endorse Nivea Men in India

Skincare brand Nivea has signed Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh as its new brand ambassador for Nivea Men in the country. Nivea is hoping Ranveer’s popularity will help it acquire new young customers in India. 

Ranveer will soon be seen in the brand’s advertising and digital campaigns which are expected to go on air in the coming week.
 
Neil George, Managing Director for Nivea India, in a statement said, “Ranveer Singh personifies young India and embodies Nivea Men’s characteristics of being a powerhouse of talent and an achiever. Nivea India is addressing the young, modern consumer and this is a step towards tapping into the trend of ‘modernity’ and Ranveer is the perfect evangelist for the brand to increase its engagement with young India."

Commenting on his association with Nivea, Ranveer Singh, said, “Nivea is a pioneer in male skincare epitomising care and a brand that I have been using since my teens. My allegiance towards Nivea Men is much stronger as I believe that our growth stories are similar and we have been innovating in our own ways to engage with the dynamic youth of India.”
 
Earlier this year, Nivea has signed Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu to endorse the women’s products for the brand in the country.
