Rajesh Exports Ltd posts Q4 net profit of Rs 366 crore

Rajesh Exports Ltd recorded a net profit of Rs 366 crore ($44.3 million) for the fourth quarter ended March 2023, as against Rs 138 crore in the year-ago period.

The company’s revenue for the quarter rose by 35 percent to Rs 115,448 crore, as against Rs 85,806 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

Commenting on the results, Rajesh Mehta, chairman of Rajesh Exports Ltd in a statement said, “The company has achieved a record top line during the year. The company has also achieved decent net profit.”

“During the coming quarters, we will be focusing on improving the profit margins which will result in improving the net profits substantially,” he added.

Rajesh Exports is a gold retailer in India that refines, designs, and sells gold and diamond jewellery. The company has 82 retail jewellery showrooms under the name Shubh Jewellers and supplies jewellery to some 5,000 retail showrooms across the globe.
