Raisin will now retail its products in Central stores across India as it ventures into large-format stores for the first time, IndiaRetailing reported. Raisin will now be available across 15 Indian cities through the partnership. The brand will launch a new collection each month in Central stores and launched its latest collection in Central earlier in the week.

“Raisin wants to be a relevant force in the women’s retail market with a wide range in their launches giving different personalities and styles an array of choices to express their individual sense of fashion,” Raisin’s co-founder Vikash Pacheriwal said in a statement about the launch.

Central, launched by Future Group in 2004, has a network of brick-and-mortar stores across India in which Raisin’s products will now feature. The chain retails over 300 Indian and international brands in product categories including fashion and beauty such as Faces Canada, Woodland, Adidas, Lee, Kazo, Biba, and Pepe Jeans.

Raisin has also signed the Indian film actor Bhumi Pednekar as its brand ambassador. Pednekar will represent the brand and work to promote it in her new role.
