Delhi-based clothing brand Quince Casuals plans to continue to expand its online and offline presence in India through exhibitions and multi-brand stores, as it continues to pursue sustainable production.
Quince Casuals, which retails a range of women’s casual wear, plans to launch its first ever accessories collection soon, according to the brand’s press release. The brand also aims to increase brand awareness across the country by participating in fashion exhibitions and tying up with a greater number of multi-brand retailers.
The brand is also working to make its production process completely sustainable.
“We procure fabrics from direct manufacturers so as to get the best of the fabric at the lowest of the costs,” said designer and founder, Pallavi, in a press release.
“We understand that organic cotton is 30% costlier than other fabrics but maintains the quality of fibres intact, so we make sure to bring them to the customers within appropriate budgets. Also coming from a family of cloth printers and traders, help us know fabrics, fibres, dyes etc much better.”
“We make sure that we launch every new collection in smaller batches so as to avoid the unnecessary wastage of unsold items,” added Pallavi.
“Also we haven’t kept humongous budgets for marketing, else not adding up to the extra cost of the garment. Our brand is growing through word of mouth through the quality we provide and it is going great”.
Designer Pallavi launched Quince Casuals in 2017 after struggling to find suitable casual wear. The brand aims to “make ethical shopping an affordable experience,” according to its press release.
