PropShop24 forays into jewellery with 50 new brands

PropShop24 has expanded its product categories to include jewellery and has just launched 50 new brands on its e-commerce store.

The jewellery is mostly priced in the value section of the market and is marketed at millennials who make up the most part of PropShop24’s current customer base.

Some of the 50 brands that now feature on the online store include Artsie Vile, Chic Therapy, Acov, De’ Anma, Micare, and Eterno. The jewellery selection includes both western and traditional costume jewellery.

Some of the jewellery products that have launched on PropShop24 include earrings, rings, body chains, and hair accessories. The curated selection takes the modern woman as its muse, a woman that uses jewellery to accentuate her look and show her personality.

“We are delighted to announce our venture into jewellery with our all-encompassing collection and look forward to provide our customers the best brands from across the country under one umbrella with a continued focus on careful curation,” Amtosh Singh, the Co-founder of PropShop24, told IndiaRetailing.

“We are expecting the traffic on our platform to grow and sales to increase by 30% thanks to the new category launch. With this newly launched collection, we promise to be a one-stop destination for jewellery lovers.”

The business, which launched online five years ago, retails a wide selection of products including accessories, stationery, homeware, and kitchen items. The business closed its first round of investment in August 2018, which totalled $500,000 (Rs 3.3 crore).
