Prequel Fashion Week to take place in Jaipur this May

Prequel Fashion Week will take place in Jaipur on May 24 and feature designer-duo, Meenakshi and Parul, who will present their latest collection on the runway. The event will also feature a modelling contest.

 
Events management business Santana Events will host Prequel Fashion Week to promote models and designers in Jaipur, the event announced on Facebook. The event will feature Meenakshi and Parul’s brand of traditional and occasion wear, as well as a range of children’s wear. 
 
The event held model castings at Oxford International Academy in the city on February 2 and will feature a group of child models with the aim of giving them a taste of the fashion industry and a platform from which to start their nascent careers. 

Four model categories range from ages two to 50 and prizes for models include the chance to feature in a documentary film, video shoot, and photo shoot. Judges including film producer, M K Mittal, and director, Manzoor Ali Qureshi, will oversee the contest.
 
The event is sponsored by Hari Seth Films, LN Counselling Centre, Nikita Fashions, Watermark Creations, Future Prep, and the We Believe Organisation, among others. The event is organised by Banti Mittal with goodwill ambassador Sulekha Saini.
