Pooja Hegde walks for Kalki Fashion as showstopper at BTFW 2021
Bollywood actor Pooja Hegde walked for ethnic wear designer brand Kalki Fashion as the showstopper at the recently concluded Bombay Times Fashion Week 2021 (BTFW).
The brand showcased its bridal couture collection ‘Hera’ at the show with Hedge walking the ramp in a palace green velvet lehenga from the new collection. The collection name Hera is derived from Greek mythology which means the goddess of marriage.
Commenting on the collection, Pooja Hegde, in a statement said: “I’m in love with Kalki Hera. I love the Indian aesthetics, I love intricate embroideries, deep tones, playful silhouettes with the right amount of Indian-ness to it. Even the Palace green lehenga that I’m wearing is so beautiful. Super delighted to be the muse for their beautiful collection.”
