Pola Orbis says to buy Australia's Jurlique

TOKYO - Pola Orbis Holdings, a Japanese cosmetics maker, said on Wednesday it has agreed to buy all the outstanding shares of Jurlique International, an Australian organic skin care product maker, for about A$300 million ($300 million) as it seeks overseas expansion.
The Japanese company expects to close the deal in February.
