Pink Almari holds fashion fair in Mumbai

Marriage Mantra’s women’s fashion exhibition Pink Almari has tentatively restarted its events schedule and held a ‘Wedding and Lifestyle Edit’ at Blue Sea in Worli, Mumbai on November 24. 

On Tuesday, Pink Almari brought together 13 womenswear brands, four jewellery brands, and six other brands for a business to customer shopping fair. The event took place with social distancing measures in place, Pink Almari shared on Facebook, and it marks the tentative beginning of exhibition business Marriage Mantra’s events schedule. 
 
The event featured footwear and bags by Adaa Mumbai, fashion jewellery by Swati Hirawat, jewellery by Daga, and home textiles by Studio P, among others. Clothing offerings included unstitched suits by Raps Creations, ready-to-wear by Priya’s Collection, fusion wear by Om Creation, and traditional wear by Sumangal by Manju Ramrakhyani. Other participating clothing brands included Sid N Vani, Lukhnovi Kurties & Plazo, Nonas Exclusif, Krimson Style Studio, Nita Shah, Reya Purohit, Nisaa Creation, and Bobby’s Creations.

After having to halt its busy fashion events schedule in spring due to the coronavirus pandemic, Marriage Mantra proceeded with a much reduced calendar.

The business held two Pink Almari shopping events in Mumbai in June, following the lifting of the pan-India lockdown followed by a Parineeti shopping fair and additional Pink Almari event in October. The business plans to slowly restart its events calendar following health and safety guidelines.
