Shoppers will have the chance to browse pieces from the last decade of Pero’s collections at its showcase in the capital next weekend, the brand announced on Facebook. Pieces from its autumn/ winter 2015 collection “Uniform” and spring/ summer 2016 collection “Pajama Party” and its first ever collection in 2010 will be on display with many others.

Pero has held a number of pop-up shops this autumn/ winter season including at Elahe Urban in Hyderabad and at Cinnamon in Bengaluru. The brand’s current collection mixes checked wool fabrics with rustic embroidery, relaxed tailoring, and floral motifs.

Aneeth Arora launched Pero a decade ago and the brand has become known for its innovative embroidery and sustainable design. By using fabric offcuts for whimsical appliqués and handloom textiles, the brand has pioneered many sustainable techniques popular with today’s sustainable fashion brands.
