Pero to hold 'Week of Love' shopping event in Delhi

From December 3, Aneeth Arora’s sustainable clothing brand Pero will hold a ‘Week of Love’ socially distanced shopping fair in the capital.

 
The shopping fair will run until December 10 at Pero’s studio in the Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi, the brand announced on Facebook. Shoppers must register online to attend the event at specified time slots and it will be carried out with full Covid-19 health and safety measures in place, according to the event’s Facebook page.
 
The event will give shoppers a chance to browse Pero’s autumn/winter 2020 womenswear collection ‘Disco’, which made its debut as a digital showcase for Lakme Fashion Week’s first-ever online edition. The collection features a bright colour palette of reds and purples, whimsical embroidered details, and glittery accents, designed to add a touch of festive cheer to a challenging year, according to designer Arora. 

The brand has also teamed up with a number of illustrators to render its autumn/winter womenswear and children’s wear collections. Fashion student Sanskriti Sharma has created a series of illustrations for Chota Pero, featuring children’s wear looks shown on the runway at Italian trade show Pitti Bimbo Apartment.
