Péro launches ‘Time to Love’ exhibition at India Art Fair
Aneeth Arora’s sustainable fashion and lifestyle brand, Péro, has collaborated with the India Art Fair and launched an installation and exhibition at Connaught Place in New Delhi, on February 1.
Péro’s ‘Time to Love’ exhibition, which will run until March 13 in the capital, will celebrate the brand’s first decade in fashion and its sustainable manufacturing process, Péro announced on Facebook. The “episodic presentation of practice at Péro” will invite the public to experience the brand’s production practice and showcase it as an art form.
“We are about to repeat over 42 days what we have done over the last ten years: labour over one garment with all our love and attention,” Péro announced on Facebook. “And we would like for you to be our witness for we suspect that your presence will make it different.”
Péro will also take its ‘Weekend of Love’ event to two more cities. After holding its tenth anniversary shopping exhibition in Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Hyderabad, Péro will take it to Kolkata from February 14 to 15. Péro will then hold its Weekend of Love event in Pune from February 21 to 22 at The Mills.
Péro will also hold an event in New Delhi to showcase at its spring/summer collection on February 12 at multi-brand luxury fashion store Ogaan. The brand will present a selection from its womenswear line at Ogaan. The brand also retails menswear and children’s wear.
