Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio to host sustainable pop-up event with Shuffling Suitcases

Pernia’s Pop-Up Store in Dhanmill Compound, New Delhi, will host a sustainable pop-up shopping event “Taking it Slow” from March 16 to 17 in collaboration with Shuffling Spaces. 

Pernia’s Pop-Up Store will host another pop-up shop at its Dhanmill store in New Delhi this weekend and this time the focus is on sustainable fashion. The free two-day event will allow guests to shop a number of sustainable brands and will also include workshops and talks on sustainable fashion. Food will also be provided to guests.

“Taking it Slow” will feature loose and relaxed clothing from Urvashi Kaur, subtly experimental suits from Anushe Pirani, Victorian inspired traditional and fusion wear from Door of Maai, and pastel candy stripes from Auruhfy. Jewellery will be provided by Chaak Maati with rustic handcrafted pieces and minimal leather bags and accessories will be provided by Brandless. Doodlage and The Third Floor Clothing will also feature.

Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio is the offline retail chain for the online business Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop. Founded by entrepreneur and fashion designer Pernia Qureshi and acquired by Purple Style Labs, the multi-brand fashion retailer carries a wide range of Indian designers ranging from traditional and bridal wear to western wear.
