Pernia's Pop-Up Shop to host meet and greet for designer Seema Gujral

Multi-brand luxury Indian fashion boutique Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop will host a meet and greet for occasion wear designer Seema Gujral in Ahmedabad on January 19. The event will also see the brand launch its latest collection in-store. 

“Ahmedabad, here's your chance to meet Seema Gujral at our studio on January 19th,” Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop announced on Facebook. “Visit us and explore the designer's selection of opulent and dreamlike ensembles. We look forward to seeing you there!”
 
Gujral’s latest designs include monochrome, glittering lehengas with sequin and textured details. “We try to push the boundaries in terms of colours for all our collections,” said Gujral, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop announced on its website. “We chose colours that really compliments the Indian skin tone. With all our collections we try to use at least two to three different work techniques ranging from gota patti, embroidered sequin work to appliques.”

Seema Gujral launched her eponymous brand in 1994 with a team of just three people and has expanded her team to 150 employees and around 700 additional karigars. The brand is based in Noida where it has a showroom and also retails from its dedicated e-commerce store and multi-brand retailers across India.
