Perfume Lounge expands fragrance lines for men and women

Perfume Lounge plans to add a new product line each for men and women named ‘Designer Club’ and ‘Gin, Tonic’ respectively. The digital-first perfume brand aims to increase its market share by expanding its offering.

“The pandemic has created a new breed of consumers that are comfortable buying fragrances online,” said Perfume Lounge’s CEO Shivam Sood, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “Simultaneously social media has created a lot of awareness and aspirations for young consumers to try new products and brands. Consumers now want products that are on par if not better than what’s available internationally. We want to meet this new demand through our data-driven approach in understanding the choices of young Indians. We will develop multiple product lines targeted specifically at various segments of the market.”
 
To date, Perfume Lounge has launched two product lines: ‘Taboo’ fragrances for women and ‘Noww’ fragrances for men, according to the business’ Facebook page. Perfume Lounge plans to launch two new product lines to bolster its product portfolio: ‘Gin, Tonic’ for women and ‘Designer Club’ for men. 

Perfume Lounge retails from its dedicated e-commerce store as well as on a number of multi-brand e-commerce platforms. The business caters to shoppers looking for affordable and mid-priced products with an international inspiration. The business is bullish on expansion and plans to continue to introduce new product lines over the coming months.
