Sundararajan will serve in his new appointment until August 27, 2027, Paytm announced in a stock exchange filing, ET Tech reported. Paytm also announced the retirement of its long-term independent director Mark Schwartz, who has just completed his tenure on the board after joining in October 2016.

I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome GS Sundararajan, a respected leader in the banking and financial industry, to our board.”
