Payback names Yuvraj Singh as its brand ambassador

Payback India has named cricketer Yuvraj Singh as its brand ambassador. The company will be launching its new campaign featuring Singh called ‘Payback Chalao’ aimed at promoting Payback’s app through which points can be earned and redeemed to shop at over 100 brands.
The campaign will be launched across six key markets and will run on radio and print, supported by a digital release.
Commenting on the campaign, Ramakant Khandelwal chief marketing officer at Payback in a statement said: "Our positioning statement 'Payback Chalao' resonates well with our members. Our brand ambassador Yuvraj Singh is well known for effortless stroke play to score the maximum. Hence our core messaging reads 'Score big like Yuvraj every time. A global icon like Yuvraj Singh will get us a broader recognition and complement our brand positioning and future plans."
Talking about his association with Payback, Yuvraj Singh said: "It has been an absolute pleasure to be associated with Payback. Payback is one of the largest and fastest-growing multi-brand loyalty programs in India and claims to have a member base of over 100 million. Currently, the Payback network has brands across several categories and in-store as well as online channels.
