Raisin is designed to be a brand that caters to the modern Indian woman. The brand retails a mixture of western wear and traditional wear with a focus on fusion wear such as modern style kurtas.

The brand also aims to design comfortable clothing and the first collection features tunics, dresses, and Salwar Kameez.

The brand will retail from shop in shops at an array of multi-brand stores which the business feels will help the brand to reach a wide audience quickly.

Parvati Fabrics aims to tap into the growing womenswear market in India, fuelled by a generation of working women which the brand hopes to cater to.

Parvati Fabrics was launched in 1984 and manufactures and exports both finished and semi stitched garments with a focus on traditional wear such as lehengas and sarees.

The business retails its products in 14 countries worldwide and recently launched the new concept boutique Parvati Exports and also retails from its dedicated e-commerce store. Parvati Fabrics claims on its website to be the first brand in South Gujarat to offer non-woven, eco-friendly textiles.
