Papa Don't Preach by Shubhika raises funds with charitable jewellery line
Papa Don't Preach by Shubhika has launched an exclusive capsule collection of jewellery named ‘Titlicious’. The brand is donating 20% of all proceeds from the line to help fight breast cancer.
Papa Don't Preach by Shubhika has transformed its bright and maximalist aesthetics into a whimsical jewellery line with the aim of helping marginalised women fight and prevent breast cancer, the brand announced on Instagram. With statement earrings in blush pink with gold details, the line is tongue-in-cheek with a heart and available to shop on its e-commerce store.
“To mark the end of breast cancer awareness month, we are giving 20% of proceeds from the total sales of Titlicious Jewels to [the] Life Wins Foundation to support diagnosis and treatment of Breast Cancer for marginalised woman,” the brand announced on Facebook.
At the end of October, Papa Don't Preach by Shubhika turned its production units into makeshift breast cancer, cervical cancer, and oral cancer testing centres to test 60 women from its embroidery team and relatives of its karigars in partnership with the Life Wins Foundation. The brand plans to continue to expand its initiatives in the field.
