Pantaloons enters Telangana, plans aggressive expansion across India

Pantaloons, leading fashion brand from Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd (ABFRL) has strengthened its retail network by entering a new state with the opening of its first store in Warangal, Telangana.
 

The new store located at Hanamkonda is spread across an area of 17,000 sq ft and will offer fashion wear for men, women and kids.
 
The store was inaugurated by Bollywood actress Nidhhi Agarwal, who also launched the brand’s latest festive collection.

Commenting on the store opening and expansion, Ryan Fernandes, head of marketing and e‐commerce at Pantaloons in a statement said, “The growth of the retail sector, supported by increasing consumer demand makes Warangal an exciting market for Pantaloons. We are happy to launch first store in the city which will house a vast ensemble of latest fashion trends. Pantaloons has aggressive plans to expand store network across India.”
 
Aditya Birla plans to greatly expand the brick-and-mortar retail presence during the remainder of the year by adding around 70 Pantaloons stores across India.
 
ABFRL altogether hosts India's largest fashion network with over 7,000 points of sale across over 375 cities and towns, which include more than 2,000 exclusive ABFRL brand outlets.
