Page Industries managing director Sunder Genomal resigns

Page Industries Sunder Genomal has resigned from the position of managing director (MD). He will be replaced by V S Ganesh the current CEO of the company who has been elevated to the position of MD.
 

The resignation has been accepted by the board of directors and will be effective from the close of business hours on 31 May 2022 while V S Ganesh will take charge from June 1.
 
“The journey with Page Industries has been a major part of my life and I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this journey as a founder, promoter and managing director. I congratulate Mr Ganesh on being chosen as my successor. I have worked closely with Mr. Ganesh for over seven years now. He is an inspiring leader and I have no doubt that he will continue to uphold the culture and values of the organization,” Sundar Genomal said in a statement.

Commenting on his promotion, V S Ganesh said: “I am excited and deeply honoured to be invited to lead Page Industries, a company with rich heritage, culture and built on a strong brand value.
