Pacific Group opens fourth mall in India in Dwarka, New Delhi

The real estate business Pacific India opened its fourth mall in the country on November 14 at Dwarka in New Delhi. The “Pacific D21” mall launched with over 100 brands. 

Pacific Group announced the opening of its new mall on Facebook on November 14. The mall measures three lakh square feet and is located at the Dwarka Sector 21 metro station, which inspired the mall’s name. A number of fashion brands have already set up shop in the mall including Reliance Trends, Lifestyle, and Max Fashions. 

The business expects around Rs 40 crore ($6 million) in annual rental income from its new mall, Pacific Group’s executive director Abhishek Bansal told the Press Trust of India. The mall also features a multi-level car park and the entire project was created with an investment of around Rs 100 crore gleaned through internal accruals in the business.

"We have completed our shopping mall project 'Pacific D21',” Bansal said the day before the opening. “This is our fourth mall.” 

Pacific Group’s other three malls are located in Tagore Garden in Delhi, Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh, and Dehradun in Uttarakhand. The business is also currently developing a number of housing projects.
