Orra has resumed operations in all its stores across the country in a phased manner, beginning with Goa, Bangalore, Punjab, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Delhi, Madurai, and Gujarat and Maharashtra after a two-month-long lockdown.

Orra is offering up to 25 percent discount on diamond jewellery and waiving up to 50 percent on making charges of 22KT gold jewellery to win back customers.

“We have reopened our stores in a phased manner. Our commitment is to only move forward with the reopening once we are confident that we can safely return to serving customers from our stores. Customer & employee safety is our top priority and we shall endeavour to continue our operations by ensuring all necessary precautions are taken and guidelines issued by the authorities are followed,” in a statement said Dipu Mehta, managing director, of Orra.

Orra is one of India's top jewellery retail chains with stores across 24 cities. It also has five global jewellery design centres in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Antwerp, Mumbai, and New York.
