Online fashion retailer Jaypore holds pop-up exhibition in Mumbai

Multi-brand ethnic wear retailer Jaypore held a shopping exhibition in Mumbai at the city’s Coomaraswamy Hall (Prince Albert Museum) in Kala Ghoda, to launch a range of ethnic wear in the city.

The ‘Jaypore Open House’ ran from March 1 to 3 and gave Mumbai’s shoppers the chance to shop Jaypore’s online multi-brand selection of clothing and accessories in person, the brand announced on Facebook. The shopping fair featured clothing from Jaypore Label including sarees, kurtas, and separates as well as accessories including silver jewellery and juttis and other product categories such as home décor.
 
Jaypore Label’s spring/summer collection, which launched offline in Mumbai at the shopping fair, features block-printed kurtas, tribal-inspired embellished kurtas, white floral printed kurtas, Ikat sarees, and brightly coloured Angiyas in cottons and brocades. 

Jaypore went offline for the first time in 2018 and opened a store in New Delhi. The brand has since opened a second store in Bengaluru. Both stores retail a multi-brand selection of ethnic wear and accessories, as well as Jaypore’s private label designs.  
 
Shilpa Sharma and Puneet Chawla launched Jaypore online in April, 2012. The brand aims to showcase Indian handicraft techniques and ships worldwide from its e-commerce store.
