Oakley launches 'Be Who You Are' campaign with brand ambassador Rohit Sharma

Sports performance eyewear brand Oakley has launched a film and campaign titled 'Be Who You Are' with its new brand ambassador, celebrity cricketer Rohit Sharma.

Oakley has launched an international marketing campaign featuring a range of athletes from around the world, along with India brand ambassador Sharma, the brand announced in a press release. The campaign is designed to inspire people to be themselves and to wear Oakley’s performance eyewear their own way. 
 
“I truly admire Oakley’s deep-rooted commitment towards sports performance globally and in India,” said Sharma in a press release. “Sport has always played a key role in bringing people from different walks of life together. I take immense pleasure in being part of this campaign that not only unites the sporting community but also celebrates and inspires them to embrace their own strengths and uniqueness and truly champion the motto of be who you are.”

In the campaign, Sharma wears Oakley models including Kato and Encoder which he also wears while on the cricket pitch in his role as brand ambassador. The brand plans to turn the film into a social movement and link the brand to the ideas of self expression and individuality. 
 
Oakley retails through a mix of exclusive brand outlets and in multi-brand outlets across India. The brand also has a presence on major e-commerce marketplaces.
