Nykaa partners with Adobe partner to boost customer experience

The multi-brand beauty retailer Nykaa has partnered with software major Adobe to enhance its customer experience for its 10 million-plus customers across India.

With this partnership, Nykaa will be using Adobe’s experience cloud solutions, media optimizer and analytics to boost its customer acquisition and experience management.
 
The use of Adobe’s services has helped Nykaa to cater to diverse customer segments and the company is confident that its association with the Adobe will further strengthen its market position in the digital world.

Commenting on the partnership, Falguni Nayar, founder and CEO at Nykaa in a statement said, “As digital continues to rapidly evolve customer expectations, undoubtedly, customer experience management is the single biggest differentiator in today’s fiercely competitive landscape. Nykaa has a major share of India’s fast-growing beauty market and reported a revenue total of Rs 570 crore in the 2018 financial year.
