Nykaa opens On Trend store in new Pacific Group mall in Dwarka, Delhi

Multi-brand beauty retailer Nykaa has opened a new On Trend store in the new mall development by Pacific Group in Dwarka, Delhi. Nykaa joins other brands including Max Fashions and Reliance Trends in the Pacific D21 mall. 

As Nykaa continues its omni-channel expansion across India, the beauty business has added another location in the capital to its roster. Nykaa now operates over 55 stores in India and aims to open around 180 stores over the next five years.

Real estate business Pacific Group’s fourth India mall, Pacific D21, opened its doors on November 14 and Nykaa announced its new store in the space on November 20 on Facebook. The mall houses over 100 brands covering product categories including apparel, cosmetics, accessories, and lifestyle goods. The mall is located by the Dwarka Sector 21 metro station, which inspired its name, and houses three lakh square feet of retail space. 

Nykaa is also preparing for its latest Nykaa Femina Beauty Awards. The annual awards ceremony allows customers to vote for their favourite beauty products and promotes its multi-brand selection. The brand continues to expand its private label offerings, most recently with a fragrance line, as well as its online operations. 

Founded by Falguni Nayar in 2012, Nykaa has become one of India’s largest beauty retailers and the business also runs a dedicated fashion e-commerce site. The business has announced breakeven and plans to self-fund its next round of retail expansion, which will cover tier 2 cities.
