Nykaa opens Nykaa Luxe store in Bandra, Mumbai

Omni-channel beauty retailer Nykaa has opened a Nykaa Luxe store in Bandra, Mumbai as it continues to open stores across India.

The new Nykaa Luxe store in Bandra puts makeup at the heart of a Mumbai district known for its shopping. The store has a wide selection of fragrances dedicated to luxury fragrance brands including Tom Ford, Bulgari, Calvin Klein, and Davidoff among others. 

A central station and wall space are dedicated to Estée Lauder and other featured cosmetics brands such as Givenchy have their own islands across the shop floor. Skincare is also highlighted in the store with Clinique, Laneige, and The Face Shop all taking centre stage.

Nykaa Luxe is the offline outlet for Nykaa’s multi-brand makeup platform that specialises in international and luxury brands. The business also operates Nykaa On Trend stores that focus on trending products and offer more value-to-mid-section products.

Nykaa is pursuing an increasingly omni-channel approach after opening its first brick-and-mortar store. The move helped the business to double its revenue during the 2019 financial year, seeing revenue reach Rs 1,229 crore ($177 million) compared to Rs 578 crore the year before.

The business aims to reach an offline store total of 180 outlets within the next five years.
