Nykaa opens in Bhopal

The multi-brand beauty retailer Nykaa has opened its first brick-and-mortar store in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The store is located in the city’s DB Mall.

“Bhopal we’re set for you,” wrote Nykaa on its social media as it announced its first store in the city. “Come and shop all your fave makeup, skin and fragrance brands from Nykaa Beauty, to Huda Beauty, Milani and many more!”

The new Nykaa On Trend store opened on February 26 and is decorated the the brand’s signature white, light pink, and magenta colour scheme. Although small, the store is teaming with makeup products from both Indian and international brands and is divided into sections for makeup, skin care, and fragrances.

A special “K Beauty” section features Nykaa’s selection of Korean brands and a “Nykaa Loves” section displays trending products. A wall is also dedicated to Nykaa’s current “Top Ten” products which will be updated to show customers which items are the most popular.

Nykaa has also greatly expanded its “Nykaa Naturals” private label line. New launches include a “Blossom” seasonal collection for spring that features Japanese cherry blossom scented body milks, fragrances, and body scrubs among other products. The Nykaa private label brand has also launched Nykaa Skin secrets, a line featuring skin care items inspired by global beauty trends such as Korean skincare which has recently become highly popular in India.
