Nykaa opens first kiosk in Thiruvananthapuram

Beauty retailer Nykaa has opened its first kiosk in Thiruvananthapuram at the Mall of Travancore, marking the business’ entry into the city and its eighth Nykaa Beauty exclusive kiosk in India.

 
Nykaa’s first foray into Thiruvananthapuram comes in the form of its latest retail concept, a stand-alone kiosk dedicated to Nykaa’s private label brand, Nykaa Beauty. The kiosk retails an array of Nykaa Beauty goods with product lines including Nykaa Cosmetics, Nykaa Naturals, Nykaa Skin Secrets, and new fragrance line Moi by Nykaa, the business announced in a press release. 
 
The kiosk’s ‘Beauty Assistants’ are trained to guide customers to find the right makeup and personal care products. The kiosk has launched with health and safety measures in place including temperature checks and regular deep cleaning of all products and the space itself. 

“This is our first exclusive Nykaa Beauty Kiosk in Thiruvananthapuram and we are excited to render a tangible beauty experience to our customers,” said Nykaa Retail CEO, Anchit Nayar, in a press release.

“Nykaa Beauty products have seen great traction online from the city’s ardent beauty buffs and it was time we came to this evergreen city with a physical format and serve our customers personally. Relentlessly working towards customer satisfaction and safety, we have also implemented numerous hygiene protocols to safeguard the health of our customers and employees."
