Nykaa opens at Bengaluru’s Orion Mall

The multi-brand omni-channel beauty retailer Nykaa has opened a Nykaa On Trend store in Bengaluru’s Orion Mall and the store launched along with the new Masaba by Nykaa collaborative collection.

Nykaa has increased its presence in Bengaluru with a new store opening in the city’s Malleswaram West district. The store opened with an event on July 25. 

The Bengaluru store opening coincided with the launch of the new Nykaa collaborative makeup collection with clothing designer Masaba Gupta. The entire range of the Masaba by Nykaa line has its own dedicated display in the store highlighting its brightly hued lipsticks and nail polishes. The collection also features packaging inspired by Gupta’s signature prints for her clothing and lifestyle brand House of Masaba.

Other dedicated spaces in the store include for fragrances, nail polish, and skincare. A large number of products from Nykaa’s own private label feature in the store which has a focus on trending items as opposed to Nykaa’s other store format, Nykaa Luxe, which concentrates on brand names. 

Nykaa, launched as an e-commerce store by Falguni Nayar in 2012, is now pursuing an omni-channel expansion strategy. The brand aims to open around 180 brick-and-mortar stores in India over the next five years.
