Nykaa hosts Nykaa Beauty Bar in Lucknow

The multi-brand beauty retailer Nykaa held a pop-up Nykaa Beauty Bar in Lucknow to celebrate International Women’s Day.

On March 7, a day before International Women’s Day, Nykaa took its travelling Nykaa Beauty Bar concept to Lucknow. The event saw a group of beauty influencers and fanatics gather to try and test new products with the Nykaa beauty team.

Nykaa erected a beauty studio and gave makeovers to guests and used products by Nykaa’s private label brand as well as NYX, and Alma K. A floral wall provided the influencers with selfie opportunities and the group and, as Nykaa does not yet have a brick-and-mortar location in Lucknow, the event gave Lucknow’s shoppers a chance to experience Nykaa offline. 

Nykaa has recently opened a number of stores across India for both its Nykaa Luxe and Nykaa On Trend store formats. Recent openings include in Bhopal, Kanpur, and Jaipur. The beauty retailer was founded by entrepreneur Falguni Nayar who was recently awarded the BW Disrupt’s “Women Entrepreneur of the Year” award. Nykaa now has stores in 20 Indian cities and has also launched Nykaa Fashion, a multi-brand fashion retail chain.
