Nykaa eyes significant growth this festive sale season

Nykaa expects this year’s festive sale season to spark significant growth in terms of both revenue and orders. Nykaa has launched a large-scale sale events across its cosmetics platform and has partnered with businesses including Estee Lauder Companies and L’Oréal for the omnichannel event.

The multi-brand retailer’s sale features a wide array of products from over 3,500 Indian and international brands, the business announced in a press release on September 27. The ‘Nykaa Grand Festive Sale’ has kicked off the festive season and Nykaa plans to continue its promotions throughout the festive period. 
 
“We are very optimistic about the upcoming festive season and are excited to bring the full power of Nykaa’s expertise to our shoppers, across beauty, fashion, home décor, and other lifestyle categories,” said a Nykaa spokesperson in a press release. 

“Together with our partners, such as Estee Lauder Companies, L’Oréal, and Unilever, among others, we have designed compelling deals and offerings on the most loved consumer brands that will delight our customers online and offline as they step into a season of celebrations and gifting. We have a slew of sale events coming up, starting with Navratri, and are set to launch a range of shopping experiences and fresh, carefully handpicked assortments. In beauty, categories such as skincare, makeup, hair care, bath and body, and fragrances are expected to take centre stage. We are offering up to 50% off on brands across 100+ stores in the country.”
 
The sale season will also include a number of firsts for Nykaa including discount offers on new product launches from brands Maybelline New York, and L’Oréal Paris for the first time ever. Nykaa has also recently launched brands The Ordinary, Anomaly, Pat McGrath Labs, Fable and Mane, and Inde Wild on its platform. 
 
“Our sale events from earlier this year are good indicators of consumers’ shifting sentiment this festive season, having witnessed a five times jump in total revenue and categories such as makeup growing sevenfold,” said Nykaa’s spokesperson.
