Nike nominates a new Emerging Markets General Manager

Nike has appointed Tom Peddie Vice President and General Manager of Emerging Markets. A zone that notably includes Argentina, Chile, Mexico and, foremost, Brazil, where the 2016 Summer Olympics will be held. 

Tom Peddie succeeds Roland Wolfram, who will leave the group on 9 January after 16 years at Nike.

Tom Peddie - who has been presiding at the American group for 24 years - was most recently Vice President of Sales for the Asia-Pacific and North America regions.

In his new position Tom Peddie will work under Elliott Hill, President of sales at the Nike brand.
